Qualification before volume

Most manufacturers qualify a strip before committing to a schedule: a small lot, welded on the production line, checked for weld strength and contact resistance. The 5 kg minimum exists for exactly that — it is low enough to qualify a design without a mill-quantity commitment, and the same material and batch traceability applies to the trial lot as to the production one.

Yes — width, thickness, pitch, neck width and hole pattern are cut to a released drawing. Send the drawing with the enquiry and the quotation is made against it.
