What ships with the consignment

Packing and loading

Shipments load through Nhava Sheva (JNPT), which handles most of western India’s container traffic. Where it suits a buyer, southern consignments can be routed through Chennai instead.

How export orders are priced

Export orders are quoted in USD, separately from the rupee price list used in India, on EXW, FOB, CIF or CIP terms. Freight is quoted with the order rather than published, because it depends on the weight of the consignment and the destination port. What to send with an export enquiry

A quotation needs the thickness, the width, the pattern or a drawing, the quantity, and the destination port or city. If the strip is for a specific cell format, naming it — 18650, 21700, 32650, 32700 — lets the pitch and hole pattern be quoted against the pack rather than guessed. Send a drawing for anything that is not a listed size; tooling is developed for new pack layouts.
