Ni Fuse-Type 18650 — H-Type Honeycomb is a fused nickel strip priced at ₹4,100 per kg: 0.15mm pure nickel stamped with a honeycomb H-type fuse pattern for 18650 2P packs. Each narrowed neck acts as a fusible link, opening under a cell-level fault current before it can spread to neighbouring cells.
Strip is slit to your 18650 pack pitch and hole pattern before despatch, from a 5 kg minimum order. Bulk and export lots are quoted separately, so send your cell layout or pack drawing for an exact figure.
